All of the participants of the event must be properly registered in Czech Curling Association and must be under 15 years old (15 in 2005 the latest).
All of the foreign participants of the event must execute following requirements:
The team's registration shall be delivered on March 21st 2005 2004 at the latest for the attention of the Secretary of the Association. If the registration is not delivered within the stated time limit, the team shall not be allowed to participate in the Championship!
The team's Players list containing at least four players shall be delivered on March 21st 2005 at the latest for the attention of the Secretary of the Association.
If the Players list is not delivered within the stated time limit, the team shall not be allowed to participate in the Championship!
The presented players list must contain at least four players with valid medical check-up!!! If the Players list does not contain at least four players with valid medical check-up, the team shall not be allowed to participate in the Championship!

In case of late payment of the registration fee (later than November 10, 2004) the team shall be charged a penalty in the amount of CZK 500.- per day for each registration fee until 10 days before event beginning. If the club does not prove, that it has paid the registration fee and the penalty for its team(-s) on March 28th. 2005 at the latest (until 10 days before event beginning, the participation of it's team(-s) shall be cancelled.
