WELCOME  

Welcome on the official site of the Czech Republic International Championship in curling mixed, tournament which is called Moravian Open Curling Mixed.

This championship is yearly held in Brno at the beginning of April. For the year 2007 it has been chosen the weekend from 30th of March till the 1st of April.

In this term the best mixed (2 men and 2 women) Czech teams will arrive in Brno and in those three days compete for the title Moravian Open Curling Mixed – the Champion of the Czech Republic in mixed. The winner will have an opportunity afterwards to represent the Czech Republic at the European championship in Madrid.

 
 

Europian Mixed Curling Championship (Claut, Italy 2006)
Latest winner of Moravian Open Curling Mixed 2006 – team CC Aritma Prague with skip Karel Kubeška, in October 2006 ended up at the excellent 5. – 8. place in Europe and confirmed high level of the Czech mixed teams. Let’s make a wish this year winner will achieve the same success.

TOURNAMENT IN BRNO
This is the fifth time in a row we organize the Czech Republic Championship in curling mixed. Tournament is very prestigious matter and we honor very much the possibility to organize such an event. Especially when this is the only possibility to introduce curling to Brno’s wide public.
